Trump Organization Unveils First Commercial Real Estate Development in India with Tribeca

Mumbai-based luxury realty company Tribeca Developers has launched Trump World Center Pune, India’s first Trump-branded office complex. The high-end commercial project will come up at Pune’s posh Koregaon Park area and have a development potential of 1.6 million square feet. As per an official release, some of the space will be strata-sold, while the rest will be rented to other tenants.

Tribeca is the sole Indian licensor of the Trump brand, licensed by The Trump Organization, which belongs to the Donald Trump family. Tribeca has licensed the Trump brand earlier to builders like Lodha and Panchshil for housing Trump Tower developments in Mumbai and Pune. With time, Tribeca evolved into a more active developer role, working with other real estate companies and landowners to introduce Trump Tower developments in Gurugram and Kolkata.

A Landmark Office Development

To develop this ambitious Pune scheme, Tribeca has joined hands with Mumbai-based developer Kundan Spaces. The 4.3-acre project will consist of two 27-storey towers, with a likely revenue yield of about ₹2,500 crore from the strata-sold component.

The developers also said that the project will have a high-street retail element and will host India’s first Trump Club. The business club will be exclusive for senior executives and business leaders and include opportunities for networking, meeting rooms, and upscale dining facilities.

With the inauguration of Trump World Center Pune, the Trump brand is further solidifying its presence in India’s high-end real estate market, establishing itself as a top name in luxury commercial and residential spaces.
