“Unhe Kashmir Chahiye, Humein.”: Uri Director Aditya Dhar On Pahalgam Terror Attack
The director has chosen a line from his 2019 hit Uri: The Surgical Strike to convey his feelings

Aditya Dhar came down heavily on the terror attack that terrorized Pahalgam, Jammu & Kashmir, on April 22. The 42-year-old, on Wednesday, conveyed his indignation on the issue by posting a note on his Instagram Stories.
The director has chosen a line from his 2019 hit Uri: The Surgical Strike to convey his feelings. It stated, “Unhe Kashmir chahiye, humein unka sar (They want Kashmir, we want their heads.)”
In the film, Vicky Kaushal’s Major Vihaan Singh Shergill boosted the spirit of his men by delivering some powerful lines before they went for a covert operation. Remember when Vihaan asked, “How’s The Josh?” His team replied, “High sir.”
He posted, “Can’t even think of the pain of the relatives of those who lost their dear ones in the totally inhuman act of terror in Pahalgam. My deepest prayers and condolences. Hope the perpetrators of this atrocious act get punished.”
Vicky Kaushal’s wife, actress Katrina Kaif, stated that she was “heartbroken by the horrific attack in Pahalgam.
She also added, “Unsuspecting and innocent civilians and tourists whose lives have been unfortunately lost.”
Katrina Kaif also added, “Deepest sympathies to the families of the victims during this unimaginable period. Praying for strength and peace to all the families who have lost loved ones. May justice prevail.
On April 22, terrorists fired at tourists in Kashmir’s Baisaran valley, and 26 were killed. The attack occurred at approximately 3 PM. An Intelligence Bureau officer and an Indian Navy officer were killed in the attack.
