Bollywood Star Govinda Hospitalised After Sudden Collapse, Under Doctor’s Care
The veteran actor was rushed to a hospital in Mumbai after collapsing at home; doctors say he is stable, being closely monitored

Bollywood’s much-loved entertainer Govinda was admitted to a Mumbai hospital after he suddenly lost consciousness at his residence. The 61-year-old actor was immediately taken to CritiCare Hospital in Juhu, where doctors placed him under observation and began a series of medical tests to evaluate his condition.
Confirming the incident, Govinda’s close friend and lawyer Lalit Bindal shared that the actor fainted unexpectedly and regained consciousness shortly after reaching the hospital. “He is doing better now and being looked after by a team of doctors,” Bindal said.
Just days ago, Govinda was spotted visiting veteran actor Dharmendra at Breach Candy Hospital and looked very healthy and jovial. Because of this, the sudden episode has sent shockwaves among his fans and film colleagues alike.
While doctors have assured that the actor’s condition is stable, he will be kept under medical supervision till all test results are clear. Messages of concern and good wishes from fans and fellow actors continue to pour in through social media for his speedy recovery.
