The update-OS3.0.3.0.WNAMIXM (upcoming HyperOS 3) is said to have been finalized and will be rolled out to Mi Pilot testers before all the users

Key upgrades coming with the HyperOS 3 release
The global users of Xiaomi 14 Ultra will likely get the update to HyperOS 3 software by the end of November, going by the information appearing in Xiaomi’s internal test servers. The package is expected to be labelled OS3.0.3.0.WNAMIXM, with “MIXM” indicating that it is the certified stable build meant for international devices.
Xiaomi is going to distribute the update firstly to participants of the Mi Pilot testing program, which allows early adopters to try new software and help the company find bugs. At the same time, such a staged distribution allows the company to make sure that everything is stable before the final over-the-air update is ready for all eligible users.
HyperOS 3 is based on Android 16 and brings several key refinements and enhancements within the system. Based on early looks, the transitions are smoother than ever, resources are managed more effectively, and a fresh control panel is present. Enhanced battery performance is also found by testers while doing resource-intensive tasks like photography and while keeping the phone at high refresh rate settings.
Furthermore, HyperOS 3 includes the enhanced privacy and security features of Android 16, so the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is on pace with the current state of software. According to a global roadmap shared by Xiaomi previously, flagships like the 14 Ultra will get this update in November-December 2025, which falls perfectly in line with recent leaks.
